Occupying a sonic territory between doom metal’s pulverizing heft and the ethereal breadth of shoegaze, Holy Fawn’s sophomore release cuts its teeth on sculpting idiosyncratic, lugubrious hymns. Dimensional Bleed’s references to the physical world assist in composing the band’s overarching narrative between their 2018 debut "Death Spells" and 2020 follow-up EP "The Black Moon".
